How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days domestically, while international orders can take 7-14 business days. Please note that handcrafted, made-to-order pieces may require an additional production time of 10-15 days.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, and custom-engraved pieces are final sale.

How can I find my correct ring size?

We recommend visiting a local jeweller for a professional measurement. Alternatively, you can download our printable size guide from our website or order a physical ring sizer from our shop.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery?

Yes, every Meadowlark piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of items.

To maintain brilliance, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and chlorine. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, preferably in the provided Meadowlark pouch, and clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth.
