At Meadowlark Jewellery, we want you to cherish your pieces forever, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original Meadowlark gift box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned piece, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
